Seth Baxter began his career in Pathology in 2022 as a Laboratory Assistant where he discovered a passion for healthcare, leadership, advocation, and helping people wherever he can. Now serving as the Support Services Manager at ClinPath Diagnostics, Seth leads his departments with compassion, respect, and a patient-first mindset. His role extends to client service and non-technical laboratory support systems, where he assists with operational projects and ensures quality patient care and timely diagnostic testing.

Seth is always learning, currently a student of Arizona State University where he is pursuing education in Chemistry and Leadership.  He proudly believes that there is always more to learn about any field and eagerly seeks knowledge to drive quality and excellence in all facets of ClinPath.

Beyond his professional career, Seth enjoys both quality time at home with his family and traveling. An avid explorer and environmentalist, he loves hiking, camping, and experiencing the various wildernesses in Arizona.
