Robert VadeBonCoeur brings nearly 30 years of technology experience and over two decades of progressive leadership to his role as Director of Information Technology at ClinPath Diagnostics. He leads enterprise IT strategy and operations, ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of systems that support complex laboratory environments and business growth.

In this role, Robert oversees technology platforms spanning anatomic pathology, molecular diagnostics (including NGS), flow cytometry, FISH, IHC, digital pathology, laboratory instrumentation, and client-facing systems. He is responsible for aligning IT capabilities with clinical and operational objectives while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and advancing key strategic initiatives.

Robert began his career in 1997 and has held senior technology leadership roles across both healthcare and commercial sectors, including positions with Blistex Inc., Amazon, and Cranial Technologies, where he served as Senior Director of Information Technology. His experience reflects a consistent focus on building high-performing teams, modernizing infrastructure, and delivering scalable, secure technology solutions.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He previously held the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys hiking, running, and international travel. He is also an avid musician and has been playing the cello for several years.
