Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Paul manages the sales and marketing operations for Clin-Path Associates and its laboratory, Clin-Path Diagnostics.  Prior to Clin-Path, Paul worked 15 years, as a pharmaceutical sales representative for a major pharmaceutical company, calling on many specialties and/or, large hospital institutions in  Arizona and New York City.  Besides being a top performer, Paul enjoyed the time he spent mentoring and training new hires. Paul lives by the motto “You are never as good as you think you are”.  His drive to always do better is a great compliment to Clin-Path’s philosophy of focus on patient care and customer service.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal, Paul and his parents migrated to United States when he was 16 years old. While living in the suburbs of New York City, Paul completed his Bachelors’ of Science  in Marketing, at Manhattan College, Riverdale.  Soon after, he joined a major telecommunications company and began his sales career.  In 2000, he and his wife got tired of the winters and decided to relocate to sunny Arizona.  On his spare time, Paul enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 daughters.
